Hemali B. Gunt, Ph.D., Clinical Scientist
Dr. Gunt holds Master and Doctorate degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Gunt was also awarded a Clinical Research Professional Certificate from Raymond Walters College, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Gunt has presented papers and posters at various national and international industry meetings, and was presented with the best poster award at the Society of Cosmetic Chemists meeting (2002 and 2006).

R. Randall Wickett, Ph.D., Clinical Scientist
Dr. Wickett is a Professor and the Director of the Cosmetic Science Program at the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Wickett holds a Ph.D. in biophysics from Oregon State University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Western Washington State College. He has published more than 80 papers in scientific journals and is regularly invited to present on topics such as bioengineering, skin physiology and evaluation of skin care products.

Valerie Fallert, CCRA, QA Consultant
Ms. Fallert is a Certified Clinical Research Associate by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is also a member of the Arizona Clinical Research Professionals and a member of the Society of Quality Assurance. Ms. Fallert was a Quality Assurance Auditor for Hill Top Research for four years, and has spent the last three years as an independent consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a B.S. in Material Science Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, from Clemson University, South Carolina.

Maximo Gacula Jr., Ph.D.
Dr. Gacula holds a Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts and has completed his Post-Doctoral NSF Fellowship at Brown University. Dr. Gacula was the Head of Bio-statistics/Claim Substantiation for Dial Corporation (1967-1995). Dr. Gacula is currently an ADJ. Professor Psychophysics, Dept. of Psychology ASU and Editor-in-chief for Journal of Sensory Studies. His focus is primarily on consumer/cosmetic product and Rx clinical trial design.
